Export Received Faxes: To export received faxes, check the Export Received Faxes checkbox and enter a
path to the folder. You can click the […] box on the right side to browse for a folder.
File Name Fields: The filename used for the exported faxes can be customized by entering variable
names here. The variable names must be within $( and ) characters. The line directly below gives a
sample of what the file name will look like. The file name will always end with a unique identifier to avoid
collisions (this cannot be changed).
It is possible to export to sub­directories based on the fax parameters by including backslashes in the file
name. For example, $(user_name)\$(start_time:yyyMMdd_hhmmss) will export to
USERNAME\datetime_uniqueid.tif.
One file per page: This option will split a received fax into one file per page. The page number will be
appended to the file name between the unique id and the extension. Only TIFFs can be split in this way.
