Select a billing code and click OK. The Billing Code field will be filled in with the billing code
selected.
3.2.13 Advanced Print Automation
The FaxOut print driver can extract information from the printed document in order to determine
where to send the fax. These fields can come from the document:
Billing Code: Billing code to log for this fax.
Company: Recipient’s company name for cover page.
Fax Number: Recipient’s fax number.
Subject: Subject line for cover page.
To: Recipient’s name for cover page.

3.3 Connector for Microsoft Fax
The Connector for Microsoft Fax allows you to use the popular Microsoft Fax console to both send and
receive faxes from your NET SatisFAXtion server.
3.3.1 Installing
3.3.1.1 Software Requirements
Operating System: 32­bit or 64­bit Microsoft Windows operating system.
Windows Fax and Scan
Windows Server 2008 R2 (all)
Windows Server 2008 (all)
Windows 7 Business, Enterprise and Ultimate (all service packs)
Windows Vista Business, Enterprise and Ultimate (all service packs)
Note: Windows 7 Home Basic, Windows 7 Home Premium , Vista Home Basic
and Vista Home Premium do not include Windows Fax and Scan.
Microsoft Fax
Windows Server 2003 (all editions, releases and service packs)
Windows XP Professional SP2 and SP3
Prerequisite Software: The following software must be installed prior to installation
of the Connector for Microsoft Fax.
Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 2 (*1)
Windows Installer 3.1 (*2)
*1 Windows Vista and 2008 have Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 SP2 installed
by default. It is not visible in the Add/Remove Programs list.
*2 Windows 2003 and newer have Windows Installer 3.1 installed by default. It
is not visible in the Add/Remove Programs list.
3.3.1.2 Installing the Connector for Microsoft Fax
The installer for the Connector for Microsoft Fax can be found on the Launchpad website. Go to Start
⇨
Programs ⇨ NET SatisFAXtion ⇨ Launchpad. This will open the Launchpad in the default web browser.
Navigate to User Tools ⇨Connector for Microsoft Fax. There you will find a Download Connector for
Microsoft Fax link.
Click the Download Connector for Microsoft Fax link and run the installer.
