Each row after the first will define a user. The column names in bold above are required fields.
The columns are defined as follows:
●
USER_NAME : Required. The name this user uses to log in to the fax server.
●
UG_UNIQUE_ID : Export only; this column will be discarded on import. The internal unique
identifier used for this user.
●
USER_FULLNAME : The name of this user.
●
USER_PASSWORD : Export only; this column will be discarded on import.
●
USER_DESCRIPTION : A freetext field where you can describe this user.
●
USER_PRIVILEGES : Required. The privilege level granted to the user. The values are:
○ 1: User
○ 17: Router
○ 4294967295: Supervisor
●
UG_AUTOFORWARD : When importing users with email routing addresses, set this to SMTPPost.
●
UG_USER_AUTOFORWARD : The user to forward all faxes to. This user will no longer receive any
faxes, they will all go to that user.
●
UG_USER_AUTOFORWARD_ON : Enable/disable autoforwarding. 0 disables, 1 enables.
●
Groups : Required. Commaseparated list of groups. “All Users” must be listed here or the user
will not show up in the Administration program’s user administration section.
●
USER_DTMF_ROUTING : Route all faxes received with this DID to this user.
●
USER_CSID_ROUTING : Route all faxes received with this CSID to this user. By convention set
to the same as USER_DTMF_ROUTING since the Administration program will synchronize all
three routing identifiers.
●
USER_T30_ROUTING : Route all faxes received with this T.38 subaddress to this user. By
convention set to the same as USER_DTMF_ROUTING since the Administration program will
synchronize all three routing identifiers.
●
USER_BILLING_CODE : The User Billing Code to log with every fax this user sends.
●
USER_EMAIL_ADDRESS : The SMTP email address to send inbound faxes to when routing to
email. This can be in one of two formats: [email protected] or SMTPPost!domain.tld!user. See
2.5.3 Delivering Faxes to Clients for more information.

USER_MESSAGE_PREVIEW : Corresponds to the “Allow this email user to preview faxes before
they are sent” checkbox in Administration. Postpone all faxes this user sends, to allow their
preview with the FaxOut Client Suite.
●
USER_SHORT_NAME : Not used.
●
PB_FIRST_NAME : User’s first name.
●
PB_MIDDLE_NAME : User’s middle name.
●
PB_LAST_NAME : User’s last name.
Once the spreadsheet is created, save it in Excel 2003 XML Spreadsheet format.
