1 – Standard Functions Group

Default
.............................Returns key to default function. The default function is printed above the key (F-Key
and RF Remote Keys). Se the default charts for a complete list
Disp Date and Time
......Turns the LC display into a clock with date. Toggles.
Change Units
.................1 button access to switching weight units. Available units are defined by the
CellScale.
Toggle Peak Hold
.........Captures maximum readings. Toggles on and off.
RF Remote Shift Key
...Use to make alternative functions of the RF Remote keys. This appears only on when
programing the RF Remote keys.
Display

Moved “Display Set Points” and “Clear Latched SP’s” to the Set Points Menu
2 – Channel, ID, and Address Group
Next Prod ID
...................Default for F1.When pressed, switches to the next available ID Code defined for the
current channel. When preceded by a number, will switch directly to the numbered
ID.
New Prod ID
...................Default for Enter-F1. Brings up text entry screen. When a name is entered, a new
Product ID is created in the connected CellScale (limited to 32 total IDs).
Show Last Prod ID
.......Steps current active Product ID back one position in the Product ID list.
Show Next Channel
.....Default for F7. Steps current active channel forward one position in the scan list.
Show Last Channel
......Default for Enter-F7. Steps current active channel back one position in the scan list.
Next RF Address
...........Default for F5. Steps current active Network Address forward one position in the
Network Scan list.
Last RF Address
...........Default for Enter-F4. Steps current active Network Address back one position in the
Network Scan list.
Moved “Enter ID String 1” and “Enter ID String 2” to the Edit Strings Group. Moved “Clear ID and Bar Strings” to the Bar Code Group
3 – Total & Statistics Group
Add to Total
....................Default for F8. Add the current weight to the total, or Auto Total On/Off while unit is
in Auto-Total modes.
View Total
.......................Default for F9. Displays Total on the LCD and temporary Total display on the LED.
Clear Last Total
.............Default for Enter-F1. Clears just the last weight added to the total, and decrements the
weighments counter.
Clear Total
......................Clears the Total and statistics registers for the current ID.
View Statistics
...............Toggles the Statistics display on and off.
View Grand Totals
........Default for Enter-F5. Toggles the Grand Total display on and off.
Moved “RF Site Testing” and “Display Test Codes” to the new Tests Group. Moved “Get Barcode 4” and “Get All Barcodes” to the new Bar Code Group

..............Used to setup CellScale networks and test for adequate range.
Display Test Chars
.......Tests the LC and LED Displays. Displays all programmed fonts and symbols.

This group contains two sub-menus. Press

to toggle between sub-menus.
Print 9850 Comm 1
.......Default for Enter-F3. Outputs Comm 1 print string to the Comm 1 connector.
Print 9850 Comm 2
.......Outputs Comm 2 print string to the Comm 2 connector.
Print 9850 Comm 1&2
..Outputs programmed strings out both 9850 Comm Ports.
