Detailed Description of Group Dial
Several telephone numbers can be grouped and saved. You send the fax to all telephone numbers
saved in the group.
Press the 【#】 button to use the group dial. To edit the group dial number, go to 【MENU】
[Settings] [Fax Settings] [Group Dial].

Press the ◀ or ▶ button until the desired number appears.
Available numbers are 1 ~ 9.

Press the 【OK】 button select the group.

Enter the group name and press the 【OK】 button.

Decide if you want to register the existing number to the seed dial number or enter a new
telephone number.

Enter the number and then press the 【OK】 button.

Decide to add the new number. To end entering the new number, press the 1 key, and to add
the new number, press the 2 key.
