From the spatial directional response pattern of the lambda/4 antenna, it is clear that optimum
reception can only be achieved when the antenna is positioned vertically.
From the vertical rod, the reception is nearly identical in all directions. The range at the top and
bottom, however, is very limited.
The antenna holder for wall mounting can be mounted with the antenna in a vertical position
orientated upward or downward, but horizontal antenna installation is not recommended.
TIP!
To ensure that reception antennas do not interfere with each other, maintain a minimum dis-
tance of 500 mm between them for optimum reception.
