defects or
smudges

page. The imaging unit, trans-
fer roller, or fuser unit is
old or defective. Remove the items and check for damage. If
necessary, replace them.
The media path is
dusty or dirty. Print several blank sheets of media.
Abnormal
areas
(black or
white spots)
appear. The imaging unit may
be old or damaged. Remove the imaging unit, and check for
damage. If necessary, replace it.
Unsupported media is
being used. Use KONICA MINOLTA-approved media.
