Applying effects between clips
You can apply a special effect (Effect) by digital
processing between clips (video clip or still image clip)
arranged on the edit track.
The MotionSD STUDIO refers to this as “Transition
Effect”.
Types of transition effects
∫ [Mix]
The subsequent screen appears
while overlapping on the current
screen.
∫ [Wipe]
The subsequent screen replaces
the current screen as if a curtain
is drawn.
∫ [Slide
]
The current screen slides out for
the subsequent screen to
appear.
∫ [Stretch]
The current screen shrinks for
the subsequent screen to
appear.
∫ [Both slides]
Both the 2 screens slide for the
subsequent screen to appear.
∫ [Both stretches]
The original screen shrinks and
the subsequent screen swells.
