You are unable to connect or operate
the SD Video Camera.
Your SD Video Camera is not recognised.
• Connect the SD Video Camera with which this
software is supplied to the PC for use.
• Use the AC adaptor and battery as the power
sources for the SD Video Camera.
• Make sure the power to the SD Video Camera is
turned on.
• Check whether there is a card inserted into the SD
Video Camera.
• Make sure the cable is connected properly.
If not recognised by the personal computer, unplug
and then plug the cable again.
• Make sure there is nothing wrong with the SD Video
Camera connected.
• The personal computer may be in an unstable state.
After rebooting it reconnect according to the
connection procedure. (For information about
connecting, refer to the Operating Instructions of the
SD Video Camera.)
The SD card is not recognized.
• To use SD cards, connect the SD Video Camera
with which this software is supplied to the PC.
If cards are inserted into the PC’s SD card slot or a
generally available USB reader/writer, etc. for SD
cards, then they may be recognized and operate.
However, operations are not guaranteed with the
connection of devices other than the SD Video
Cameras with which this software is supplied.
