You are unable to connect or operate the SD Video Camera.
If your connected SD Video Camera is
disconnected or turned off, the condition of the
personal computer will become unstable.
• Do not turn off the power of the SD Video Camera
while MotionSD STUDIO is being used.
Before turning off the power, close MotionSD
STUDIO, and disconnect the SD Video Camera
which is connected.
MotionSD STUDIO does not start though your SD
Video Camera is already connected.
• MotionSD STUDIO may not be installed normally.
Reinstall the software and then start it again.
No video in your SD Video Camera is displayed
on the personal computer.
• Check whether there is a card with video images
recorded on it inserted into the SD Video Camera.
• The personal computer may be in an unstable state.
Exit MotionSD STUDIO, and then reboot the
personal computer.
• If the “There may be a problem in the video card you
are using” message appears, check whether the PC
used satisfies the operating environment
requirements. (
If you do not know exactly what your PC supports,
contact the manufacturer of the PC.
• MotionSD STUDIO cannot capture live images
directly using the web camera function or other
functions of the SD Video Camera. To ascertain
whether the web camera function is provided, refer
to the Operating instructions of the SD Video
Camera.
