Writing to DVD R/RW disc is not successful.
When data is being written to a DVD disc, an error
occurs.
For effects of the DVD drive or other hardware
states:
• Check the list of DVD R/RW drives compatible with
this software at the following URL. You may not write
onto incompatible drives. You may not be able to
properly write files onto compatible DVD drives
depending on the environment.

• Multiple hardware devices connected may cause the
data transfer to become unstable and errors may
occur.
In particular, if multiple hardware devices are
connected through the same interface as that for the
DVD drive, then disconnect the other devices and
check the DVD drive operation.
Do not connect multiple DVD drives.
• This software may not operate normally depending on
the condition of the drive where the OS is installed or
the drive designated as the work drive. Analyze the
condition of the hard disk, and defragment it when
necessary.
For effects of other manufacturers’ writing software
or ASPI driver* installed on the PC:
• If writing software from another manufacturer that has
functions similar to those of the MotionSD STUDIO is
installed, MotionSD STUDIO may not write files
properly. Uninstall the ASPI driver that has been
attached to the other writing software and reinstall the
MotionSD STUDIO.
*This is a system file that handles data exchange between
the software and the hardware.
• Do not under any circumstances use other writing
applications while output processing. This may result
in disc write failure and destroy the disc.
In particular do not use other applications which
require a DVD R/RW drive (Drag’n Drop CD
TM
, B’s
Recorder GOLD
TM
, etc.), applications for recording or
applications that have a high CPU utilization rate and
consume a large amount of memory e.g. MPEG
encoding.
For effects of PC resident software:
• The PC’s resident software (scheduled tasks, etc.)
may have an effect on this software when the PC is
started.
It is recommended to exit all resident software.
