stopped, or failed.

subnet-addr-high The free IP address count exceeded
the high available address threshold
for a subnet.

Routing events: Routing events refer to events that
indicate a change in the state of OSPF
neighbors and OSPF virtual neighbors.

ospf-nbr-state Signifies a change in the state of an
OSPF neighbor on a physical interface.
To send this notification type, note
that you also have to enable sending
of OSPF neighbor state traps using the
report command.
