Operating procedure during a primary site storage system failure (volatile)
The following are the procedures that must be performed when a volatile failure occurs in the
primary site storage system.
Failover
If a volatile failure occurs in the primary site storage system, perform the same failover procedure
as the one used during storage system maintenance at the primary site. See
“Failover” (page 333)
in “Performing primary site storage system maintenance” (page 333) .
Failback
If a volatile failure occurs in the primary site storage system, perform the same failback procedure
as the one used during storage system maintenance at the primary site. See
