To set the Line 2 Answer Mode:
1. Press:
2. Select the Answer Mode:
To use line 2 for both transmitting and receiving, press .
Then press Exit or Stop to return to the Standby mode.
To use line 2 to receive only, press . Then press Stop to
return to the Standby mode.
To set a specified time period for receiving documents on line 2,
press .
3. Using the Numeric Keypad, enter the time period you want to
receive documents on line 2, then press
Enter. If the 12-hour
format is set, select AM/PM.
4. The menu selection screen redisplays. Press Exit or Stop to
return to the Standby Mode.
