7.3.8.2.4.4 Utilities Parameters
Use this group to set the unit’s time and date, and to set the circuit ID string per demodulator.
7.3.8.3 Maintenance Group
This group contains several miscellaneous operations for the demodulator. Included are the unit
information, bulk database configuration and IP PARAM file configuration. The Bulk database
configuration defines which image to boot from and into which image to save a new bulk file.
Rebooting the unit is also possible from this group.
7.3.8.4 Status Group
7.3.8.5 Statistics Group
This group collects various statistics on Ethernet interface, satellite interfaces and IP routing.
7.3.8.5.1 IP Routing Statistics Subgroup
This subgroup reports statistics collected by the IP router mechanism.
7.3.8.5.2 Ethernet Statistics Subgroup
This subgroup collects statistics reported on the Ethernet network card.
7.3.8.5.3 Satellite Statistics Subgroup
This subgroup collects statistics reported on the WAN (satellite interface) FPGA.
7.3.8.5.4 Stored Events Log
The event log shows any faults that have occurred in the demodulators. Event entries can also include
informational items, such as power on/off.
7.3.8.5.5 Stored Statistics
The statistics log is a table that gathers data about Receive Eb/No. You set the interval for collecting these
statistics. Set the interval in 10 minute steps, range: 10 to 90 minutes.
7.3.8.6 Monitor Group
This group reports the demodulator’s status, including alarms, receive parameters, event log entries,
statistics entries and LNB parameters.
