Alternately:
a. Click Start
b. Select All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt
c. At the Command-line prompt c:\>, type mkdir temp or md temp
The command mkdir or md means make directory.
d. Click OK
Depending on Windows OS versions prior to Windows 95:
a. On the Main Menu, click MS-DOS Prompt
b. Open a Command-line window:
a. For Windows 95 or Windows 98, type command and press Enter.
b. For any Windows OS versions later than Windows 98, type cmd or command,
and press Enter.
6. Make sure the new folder exists and is ready for the firmware file download.
