Database Operations screen
Go to the Database Operations screen from the Operations and Maintenance screen.
The User Configuration File allows you to overwrite the values set in the Factory Configuration File, or
to customize a demodulator without deleting the factory-set operating parameters. Use this screen to see,
save or erase an existing User Configuration File for the demodulator.
The demodulator uses these files to initialize when power is set on.
Restore Factory Default, keystroke: R
• Restores the demodulator settings to “safe” values as set by the factory.
Load Parameters from permanent storage, keystroke: P
• Overwrites the current configuration of the demodulator with the configuration last saved to
permanent storage.
• If the demodulator is put into an undesirable state, use P to“undo” the configuration change.
CAUTION
This “undo” function works only if the undesirable configuration was not saved.
Automatically Save PARAM after CONFIG change, keystroke: A
• Switches between [Yes] or [No]
• Retrieve this file if using FTP. See Section 9.2.2.7.3.1, FTP Retrieval of the Event Log file.
