• CDD-564 Compatibility Mode only.
• Maximum of 20,000 System Flows
• 564A/570A modems can have a maximum of 64,000 system flows. However, the number of
system flows for both Tx and Rx modems must match. If the far- and near-end modems’
firmware revisions do not match, then the number of system flows must be set to Compatibility
Mode. In Compatibility Mode, the modem with the latest firmware version sets the number of
system flows to 20,000.
• This is only available when the unit is in CDM-564A, see Section 9.2.2.6.5.
9.2.2.1.4 3xDES Decrypt Configuration (Per Demod) screen (future)
NOTE: This menu is available only on the CDD-564A-EN and CDD-564AL-EN.
Go to the 3xDES Decrypt Configuration (Per Demod) screen from the Administration screen.
Use this screen to see if 3xDES decryption is enabled on a device. If it is enabled, define the 3xDES keys.
These keys are used to decrypt traffic.
3xDES Status, keystroke: none, read-only
• Shows status as [Available] or [Unavailable]:
o Status shows as Available when the 3xDES feature is installed.
o Status shows as Unavailable when the 3xDES feature is not installed.
