D. On the PC: Make note of the information displayed on the ODM/R‐840 Serial
Command Line Interface (CLI):
• Management IP Address (e.g., default is 192.168.1.12/24)
• Firmware Number and Revision Letter (e.g., FW‐0000408J)
• Firmware Release Version (e.g., 1.3.2)

information and instructions on using the ODM/R‐840 Serial Command
Line Interface.
E. Alternately, use the ODM‐840 Web Server Interface to obtain the firmware information.
• Use the available outdoor Ethernet cable to connect the ODM/R‐840 ‘ETHERNET
T/M’ port directly to the PC or via an Ethernet hub or switch.
