Appendix A. FAST
The ODM/R‐840 has a number of optional features that may be activated after the unit’s
purchase. Fully Accessible System Topology (FAST) Access Codes are unique authorization codes
that may be purchased from Comtech EF Data during normal business hours, and then loaded
into the unit using this page.

FAST Configuration
1. Tx and Rx Header and Payload Compression are standard (non‐FAST) operational
features for the ODM/R‐840. If these features are listed in the FAST Configuration
table, they are always indicated as Enabled.
2. E1 Interface operation is not available with the ODMR‐840 Reduced Form Factor
Outdoor Remote Router.
