rpr-ieee pdi holdoff time interval
Use this command to configure the interval that occurs before a path defect indication (PDI) is raised on
an IEEE 802.17b based RPR span.
Syntax Description
Defaults
The default is 100 milliseconds.
Command Modes
IEEE 802.17b based RPR interface configuration
Usage Guidelines
This command can be used to prevent holdoff timer switching if a PDI is raised on an IEEE 802.17b
based RPR span. The PDI is an infrequent occurrence in this kind of span configuration.
Examples
In this example, interface is shortened to int.
Router(config)# int prp-ieee 0
Router(config-if)# rpr-ieee pdi holdoff time 100
