coins. Use of this function will not affect the accounting report. To use this function follow the
steps below.
1.
Place the WSII in Setup mode. Scroll to: Diagnostics (*) Dispense Coins (*)
2.
The main display will prompt “Enter # to Dump?”. Enter the number of coins you
would like to have dispensed and then press the (*) key to enter.
3.
Once the coin dispenser has dispensed the coins, count them to be sure it has
dispensed the amount you requested.
3.4.6 Testing the Magnetic Card Reader
Using this function, you can test your card reader’s ability to read a magnetically striped card.
The test will recognize standard credit/debit cards, Pass Cards, GiveX cards, and VIP Wash
Pass cards. There are three types of diagnostics you can perform: Check Tracks, Card Data,
and Card Type.
Using the Check Tracks command, you can read the exact track data read by the card
reader. This enables you to verify that the card reader is able to correctly read both tracks on
the magnetic card stripe.
