2.9.3 Assigning a Service Phone Number

A service phone number is printed on a customer overpayment ticket (issued when change
has failed to dispense). This allows the customer to call the site operator for a credit. This
phone number may be entered in 7, 10, or 11-digit numeric format. Follow the steps below to
program a service phone number.

1.

Place the WSII in Setup mode. Scroll to: Misc Setup (*) Service Phone # (*)

2.

Enter the number you wish to have printed, and then press the (*) key to enter.

2.9.4 Assigning a Site ID Number

The Site I.D. is used by the Wash Select II to identify the unit on configuration, accounting
and remote reports. It is also used by the pager system to identify the site. To set a site I.D.
follow the steps below.

Note:

If your distributor is monitoring your site, you may wish to have them assign your site
I.D.

1.

Place the WSII in Setup mode. Scroll to: Misc Setup (*) Site ID (*)

2.

Enter the site number, and then press the (*) key to enter.

2.9.5 Enable Receipt Printer

If you have purchased the optional “Thermal Receipt Printer“, it must be enabled for it to
work. The steps below will walk you through this process.

1.

Place the WSII in Setup mode. Scroll to: Misc Setup (*) Receipt Printer (*)

2.

Press the (1) button for “YES” or the (2) button for “NO” or the (3) button for
“AUTODETECT”.

Default: Auto

2.9.6 Cash Receipt

If your unit is equipped with the optional “Thermal Receipt Printer”, this feature will print a
receipt for customers using cash, tokens, VIP wash pass coupons and the “External Fleet”
option. It will also print receipts for customers purchasing upgrades with cash or forms of
cash. Follow the steps below to enable cash receipts.

1.

Place the WSII in Setup mode. Scroll to: Misc Setup (*) Cash Receipt (*)

2.

Press the (1) key for “YES” (enabled) or (3) for “NO” (disabled).

Default: Disabled
