Table 2. Programming Pass Codes/Cards

PASS CODE

PASS CARD

1. Press the (1) key for code.
2. Enter the code number, and then press

the (*) key to enter. (The code must be at
least four digits long and end with a zero.)

3. Using the (3) key to scroll, scroll forward

until you find the menu option you are
programming the code to access.

4. If you are programming a fleet account

that is paid with a credit card, choose
“Fleet Acct” under “Select Type” and then
scroll thru and select “Pay Fleet Act.” The
credit card associated with the account
will be charged.

2. Insert the card into the card reader or key

in the number that appears on the front of
the card, and then press the (*) key to
enter. (If you insert the card there is no
need to press the (*) key.

3. Using the (3) key to scroll, scroll forward

until you find the menu option you are
programming the code to access.

4. If you are programming a fleet account

that is paid with a credit card, choose
“Fleet Acct” under “Select Type” and then
scroll thru and select “Pay Fleet Act.” The
credit card associated with the account
will be charged.

2.11.3 View

Codes/Cards

Use this function to view all Pass Codes and Pass Cards and their configuration. The
code/card numbers and all their information will be shown in the wash displays. Use the
instructions below to view codes and cards.

Place the WSII in Setup mode. Scroll to: Pass Code/Card (*) View Codes/Cards
(*)

2.

Use the (3) key to scroll forward or the (1) key to scroll back to view all Pass
Codes and Pass Cards.

2.11.4 Print

Codes/Cards

Using this function, you can print a list of all Pass Codes and Pass Cards and the
configuration information. This feature requires the optional “Thermal Receipt Printer”. Follow
the steps below to print a list of Pass Codes and Pass Cards.

Place the WSII in Setup mode. Scroll to: Pass Code/Card (*) Print Codes/Cards
(*) The list will begin to print upon pressing enter.

2.11.5 Delete

Code/Card

This function allows you to delete a Pass Code/Card. Follow the steps below to delete a
code/card.

1.

Place the WSII in Setup mode. Scroll to: Pass Code/Card (*) Delete Code/Card
(*)

2.

Enter the code number, and then press the (*) key or swipe the card. The “Main
Display” should show that the code/card has been deleted.
