Place the WSII in Setup mode. Scroll to: Cash & Tokens (*) Dispense Mode (*)

Enter the dispense mode of your choice (0-2), and then press the (*) key.
Default: Dispense Mode 1
2.8.3 Configure Dispensed Coin Value
This function allows you to configure the value of the coin that is dispensed (given as
change). If you wish to dispense the $1 coin, you must first modify the hopper to allow for the
larger coin. The steps below will assist you with setting the “Dispensed Coin Value”.
1.
Place the WSII in Setup mode. Scroll to: Cash & Tokens (*) Dispense Value (*)
2.
Enter the desired value in cents format, and then press the (*) key. (Example: A
value of $.25 must be entered as 25.)
2.8.4 Disabling Cash Acceptance
You may disable the acceptance of cash at the Wash Select II unit. If you set the system to
“No Cash Mode”, you will not see or print the cash-related sections of the accounting and
configuration reports. To enter “No Cash Mode”:

Place the WSII in Setup mode. Scroll to: Cash & Tokens (*) Cash Mode (*)
2.
Press (1) to enable Cash Acceptance, or (3) to disable Cash Acceptance.
2.8.5 Tokens
Token setup functions (Token Value, Max Tokens per Customer, and Dispense Value) are
setup on the WashPay server. For further instructions, please refer to the Sierra Management

2.9 Miscellaneous Setup Menu
This menu contains features that do not fall under another specific category.
2.9.1 Alarm Duration
With the purchase of the Security Alarm option, you can set the length of time that the alarm’s
siren will sound using this command. In order to do this, the date and time must be
programmed into the WashPay server. For further instructions, please refer to the Sierra
Management Application Programming Manual at www.StartwithUnitec.com.
2.9.2 Set System Date and Time
The Wash Select II will accurately keep a running date and time stamp for use in processing
data and keeping accounting records. Be sure the date and time are programmed accurately.
