3 Daily Operations
Once the WSII is setup, the only functions needed on a day-to-day basis are reporting, fleet
account management and reporting, cash reconciliation, and diagnostics.
3.1 Reporting Menu
The Reporting menu allows you to access, view, and print (if the thermal printer option has
been purchased) system reports from the Wash Select II.
3.1.1 Configuration Report
The configuration report shows the most up to date configuration of the system. These are
the settings that can be configured while in setup mode. They are categorized on the report
based on their typical use. As explained above, the report can either be viewed at the unit or
printed. For the most complete reporting, the printed report is recommended.
To print a configuration report:
• Place the WSII is in Setup mode. Scroll to: Reporting (*) Print Config (*)
To view a configuration report:
• Place the WSII is in Setup mode. Scroll to: Reporting (*) View Config (*)
3.1.2 Accounting Report
The reports found in the WashPay server should be used for all accounting information. The
Wash Select II still maintains an accounting report that provides a list of transactions made on
the Wash Select II.
To print an accounting report:

Place the WSII in Setup Mode. Scroll to: Reporting (*) Print Accounting (*)

Next, you will be given two options, 1 = Detailed, and 2 = Summary. Press the
proper key, and then press the (*) key to enter.
To view an accounting report:

Place the WSII in Setup Mode. Scroll to: Reporting (*) View Accounting (*)

Using the (3) key, scroll through the accounting report.
To clear an accounting report:

This menu option will clear all accounting information. Be sure you have an accurate
record of your accounting information, as the information will be irretrievable once this
procedure is performed.
