Problem
Remedy
Curve is not printed and
can't be displayed in the da-
tabase
•
Does your analytical device send a measuring
point list?
•
Check the quantities to be displayed in the curve
(Database, Curve, right mouse button, Proper-
ties, Data). The settings are valid for curves of
the same mode (e.g. for all DET).
•
Curves from pH Meters and Conductometers
can't be represented.
•
For 726 Titroprocessor: Change the sub-
determination, you may have some sub-
determinations without curve. Click with the right
mouse button in curve window and select the
"Navigator" for changing the sub-determinations.
Curve is not printed but rep-
resented in the database
Select "black" as curve color (Database, Curve, right
mouse button, Properties, Curve).
Curve is not printed with the
properties given in the data-
base
If you modified the curve properties, you have to
change the data set in order to validate the settings
for the printout.
Grid of curve is not printed
•
Select "black" as grid color (Database, Curve,
right mouse button, Properties, Grid).
•
For Epson Stylos Color: User printer driver ver-
sion 4.25 or higher.
Raw reports are printed with
garbled characters
Check the settings of your Windows standard
printer: "Start, Settings, Printer".
Vesuv report is not printed
•
Did you install the Internet Explorer, version 4.0
or higher?
•
Your report template may be incorrect. Check if
there is a printout with the original report tem-
plate (Report.htm from 15.03.99).
•
The data set contains data which can't be
printed. Try to print the report of a different data
set.
•
If you print the Vesuv report immediately from
the datalogger: Make sure you don't have auto-
matic export and deleting data after export at the
same time.
