Problem
Remedy
726 Titroprocessor:
Device window remains in
status "Data reception"
•
The interface of the Titroprocessor, which is
connected to the PC, can't be printer interface at
the same time (Setting at the Titroprocessor in
Config, Interfaces).
•
A curve was sent by the Titroprocessor. The end
of the report could not be recognized.
Stop the Titroprocessor
and restart it
.
•
After switching on the Titroprocessor it may have
sent garbled characters.
Stop the Titroprocessor
and restart it
.

Balances
Problem
Remedy
No balance data in the bal-
ance window
•
Check the RS settings on your balance and the
port parameter in the datalogger.
•
The balance can't be connected to a Softswitch.
Connect it directly to a PC COM or to a Moxa or
USB board resp
•
Switch balance off/on.
•
Restart your PC.
•
Do you use the correct cable and is the cable
correctly plugged in ?
No balance data in the de-
vice. They are correct in the
balance window
•
Did you assign the balance to this device (see
status bar of device window)?
•
In the settings of the device, the menu item
"Device window, Properties, Communication,
Vesuv can send data to device" has to be active
in the datalogger.
•
With automatic assignment of balance: Did you
set the device for automatic balance assignment
also?
•
With automatic assignment of balance: Is your
analytical device in the sample size request?
•
Check if the correct balance type is set in your
analytical device (key
units, for 726 Titroprocessor "Config, Inter-
faces").
•
Did you select the correct balance type in the
datalogger?
•
Remove the 6.2125.010 adapter from the RS
interface of your analytical device.
