Loop size is
Size of the sample loop at the 733 IC
Separation Center. If the loop size is

are possible.
Move transfer needle to the desired vial po-
sition (

Lower transfer needle to the desired posi-
tion (

Start manual rinsing using the desired vial
(

).
Switch injection valve at the 733 IC Separa-
tion Center to the desired position ( FILL or
INJECT ).
Enable manual operation of the 750 Auto-
sampler using the keypad.

window for performing
manual injections is only available for a connected system.
