Select File menu
Options available to you on the Report Type window include the following:
Parameter Acceptable values
System Attributes Printed Yes or No
All Messages Printed Yes or No
Message Attributes Yes or No
When you have set the Report Type parameters to meet your needs, press

] to accept your settings and close the Report Type menu.
Choose Configure Port from the Select File and press [
↵
] to identify and
configure the communication port to which your printer is connected. A
pop-up window will appear listing the ports available to you. Use the up and
down arrow keys to select a port and press
[
↵
] .
Depending on which type of port you select, one of two windows will open.
One window allows you to set communication parameters for a COM port,
and the other allows you to set the parameters for an LPT port.
The parameters for LPT ports include:
