Attention!
The commissioning of the Prepared Solution described in the following relates to the
parameterisable variant.
Requirements:
The parameters for the servo controller for the flying saw axis have been specifically set to suit the specific
case, as described in chapter 4.4.3.
The axis is supplied with control voltage using terminals 59 (+24V DC) and 39 (0V) and with power using
terminals L1, L2 and L3.
Initial situation:
• The servo axis is not indicating any error.
• The servo axis is enabled.
• Application control word and application status word have not been specifically set using C4010/0xx and
C4012/0xx.
•
The axis has been successfully homed
Start GDC and perform a search for drive controllers connected to the system bus. GDC finds the drive
controllers connected. These include the drive controller loaded with the FlyingSaw_SPLC_V0100 project.
