6.2 Alarm Level Classification
Alarms are classified into the following two levels in accordance with the symptoms they represent:

The actuator

- Reset the alarm by the
PC/teaching pendant.
- Input the reset signal from the
PLC.
Cold start

The actuator
decelerates to a stop
and then the servo
turns OFF.
- Reset software by the
PC/teaching pendant.
- Reconnect the power.
Caution: Reset each alarm after identifying and removing the cause. If the cause of the alarm
cannot be removed or when the alarm cannot be reset after removing the cause, please
contact IAI.
If the same error occurs again after resetting the alarm, it means that the cause of the
alarm has not been removed.
