VARIABLE BEEPER
Function Sets the volume and duration of the beeper.
Explicit Form VARIABLE BEEPER status [volume]
[duration]
Implicit Form V BEEPER status [volume] [duration]
Parameters status
ON
enables the beeper; OFF disables
the beeper; ? causes the printer to
return the current setting status.
volume Optional – valid values 0-4. Sets
the volume of the beep.
duration Optional – valid values 0-255. Sets
the duration of the beep,
Comments When using this command, send it to the printer
with VARIABLE WRITE in a non-printing label
format. Do not use this command in stored label
formats.
Example The format below will enable the beeper.
