FILE SYS FULL
File Too Big
Yes/No
Insufficient flash
memory available to
store file.
Delete unncessary files and
select the Optimze&Reboot
menu option. Check the
Flash Avail menu option to
determine if there is enough
flash to store the file you
wish to save. Files too large
for onboard flash may be
saved on the (optional)
Extended Memory Cartridge
(EMC).

Problem writing to flash
memory.
Power off the printer for 15
seconds, then power back
on. If the problem persists,

customer service
representative.
