Error Codes
Err 0:
Invalid memory checksum. Checksum is verified every time I150 is turned
on. Check setup parameters in menus and recalibrate. If error persists, a
hardware problem may exist and unit must be serviced.
Err 1:
Overload condition. Load exceeds 103% of rated capacity.
Err 2:
A/D output out of linear range. Zero adjustment may be needed. If the error
persists after zero adjustment, unit must be serviced.
Err 4:
Calibration error. Requested resolution exceeds internal A/D resolution.
Repeat calibration or linearization procedure. Make sure correct calibra-
tion weights are used.
Err 5:
Value is too large to display; exceeds 999999 counts. Caused by an invalid
Custom Unit Conversion Factor.
Err 7:
All weighing units have been disabled (set to OFF) in the “SELECT”
parameter of the scale submenu. At least one weighing unit must be on.
Err 8:
Maximum allowable graduation exceeded. Max available graduation is
500000; min available graduation is 0.00001.
Err 10:
Non-volatile memory write error. Indicates hardware error. Retry last
operation performed. If error persists, unit must be serviced.
Err 11:
Unable to obtain stable data. Occurs when stable data is required (i.e.
during calibration, or taring in legal for trade installations). Check that
platform is not subject to drafts, vibration, etc..
Err 12:
No numeric entry is expected. Menu parameter requires you to make a
selection; will not allow a numeric entry.
Err 13:
An attempt was made to enter too many digits.
Err 14:
The maximum load that may be zeroed by pressing the ON/ZERO button
has been exceeded.
Err 15:
Tare data not valid; capacity exceeded. Tare values may be entered only
up to the capacity of the platform. Negative numbers not accepted.
Err 16:
Average piece weight value entered is too small to accurately count parts.
Err 17:
ID number store/recall error. An attempt was made to store or retrieve an
invalid ID code (i.e. too many digits, decimal point included, etc.)
Err 18:
In-Out data not valid.
Err 19:
Sense channel not operational. If sense is not used, “SENSE” parameter
of setup submenu must be set to OFF.
Err 20:
Calibration is required after certain menu parameters have been changed.
Changes are not saved when this error occurs. Return to menus, set
parameters, and recalibrate before exiting menus.
Err 27:
Internal overflow. Custom unit conversion factor too small or too large.
Err 29:
Time/Date error.
