RS-232 SUBMENU

The RS-232 submenu is used to configure the interface communication parameters.
The following table shows the sequence in which the parameters appear on the
display.

Displayed Parameter

Description

specifies baud rate

specifies number of data bits to be used

specifies number of stop bits to be used

specifies parity type, if any

used to specify sample size for parts
counting with an auxiliary sample scale

enables/disables Auto print feature

specifies a range of displayed weight
values that cannot be printed, and/or a
time interval for automatic output of
displayed data

enables/disables printing stable-data-
only feature

used to select display data or block
data for output

Specifies numeric only or full display
data for output

used to include/exclude time on output

used to include/exclude date on output

used to exit the rs-232 submenu

Only appears in submenu if Auto print feature is enabled

Only appears in submenu if display data is selected for Print parameter
