Enter the number of pieces using the
numeric keypad, then press PCSS .
The indicator will use the sample as
a reference for counting.
The sample may be as few as 1 or 2
pieces. If the sample weight is too
small to obtain accurate results, the
display will show the number of pieces
to be added to increase the sample.
If this occurs, add the required num-
ber of pieces, then reenter the num-
ber of pieces using the numeric key-
pad.
Press PCSS .
The average piece weight remains in
memory until it is replaced or the
indicator is turned OFF.
3. When the sample is accepted, the
display will show the number of pieces
on the load receiver and the parts
counting indicator (PC) will be on.
4. Add parts to the container as desired
and view the total on the display.
5. To view the net weight of parts on the
load receiver or to exit parts count-
ing,
press GROSS .
To view the gross weight of the parts
and container, press GROSS again.
6. Press GRSS to switch between gross
and net weight. Press PCSS to return
to parts counting.
