The I150 enables you to control external feeding devices for filling or emptying weigh
hoppers, tanks, etc., to a desired target weight. By entering four system parameters,
the I150’s built-in digital outputs can be used to run feeders or emptying devices at
full speed, switch to a slower speed, and stop when the target weight is reached. The
four required parameters are:

Weight remaining to reach the target weight, desired to switch
feeder or emptying device from fast to slow speed.
When LOAD > TARGET - DRIBBLE; dribble digital output
signals feeder or emptying device to switch to slow speed.

Weight of material in suspension which falls freely from feeder
or emptying device to hopper or tank AFTER it is stopped.
The value you enter for PREACT is used to signal the feeder
or emptying device to stop before target weight is reached.
When LOAD > TARGET - PREACT; preact digital output
signals feeder or emptying device to stop.
Dribble and Preact values are entered in
the SET parameter of the scale submenu.
Target and Tolerance set points are en-
tered in the normal operating mode using
the keypad.
