“rEtAin” can be set to ON or OFF. When
set to ON, zero data is saved in perma-
nent storage any time the indicator is
rezeroed. The current weighing unit and
current load receiver (1 or 2) are also
saved.
CAUTION: CAUTION: CAUTION: CAUTION: CAUTION: Set this parameter to ON only
when needed. Storing zero data reduces
the life of the EEPROM (storage chip).
Expected life of the EEPROM under nor-
mal conditions is 50,000 write cycles and
20 years data retention.
To set this parameter ON or OFF:
Press UPUP or DOWN to display the
desired setting, then press ENTER
to return to the scale submenu.

You must select “End” to exit the scale
submenu.
1. Press ETER when “End” is displayed.
2. “SCALE” will be displayed and the
main menu will be returned.
NOTE: Scale submenu parameter set-
tings are permanently stored in memory
when you use “End” to exit from the Main
menu, or when the OFF key is pressed.
