Disabling Menu Changes for

Legal For Trade Installations

The I150 contains a security feature which
allows you to “lock out” the ability to make
changes to parameter settings. This fea-
ture applies only when LFT is set to ON in
the setup submenu.

After all of the parameters and setup
procedures are completed, install one
shorting jumper on connector “J3” of the
main circuit board as shown in the dia-
gram to disable making parameter
changes.

When menu changes are disabled, ac-
cessing the menus by pressing FUNC-
TION and SETUP will cause the display to
show “SEALEd” briefly. Setup submenu
parameters can then be viewed but not
changed. Some of the Scale and RS-232
submenu parameters can be reviewed
and changed. The calibration submenu is
disabled and is not accessible.
