4. To view the combined weight of the
material and the container (gross
weight), press GROSS .
Repeatedly pressing GROSS will
cause the display to switch between
the gross weight (container and ma-
terial) and the net weight (material
only).
NOTE: The combined weight of the con-
tainer and material must not exceed the
capacity of the load receiver.

1. Place a full container on the load
receiver.

before entering tare value.
2. Using the numeric keypad, enter the
tare value of the empty container.
3. Press TARE to store the value in
memory.
4. The net weight of the container’s
contents will be displayed. The con-
tainer weight which is stored in
memory will automatically be sub-
tracted from future weighings.
The tare value is based on the current
zero value. Entering a new tare value
replaces the previous one. It is not addi-
tive.
The current tare value will remain in mem-
ory as long as power to the indicator
remains ON.
