Set point is used to enable checkweigh-
ing, filling or emptying for operation. Ena-
bling one of these modes activates the
start/stop feature for filling and emptying,
and the LED indicators for checkweighing.
If you do not intend to use these modes,
set this parameter to OFF. Refer to “
Check-
weighing” or “ Filling and Emptying Proc-
esses” in the OPERATION section for
instructions on using these modes.
To enable one of these modes:
Press UPUP or DOWN to display the
desired selection, then press ENTER
to return to the scale submenu.
LED Indicators

“SEt” only appears if “FILL” or “UnFiLL” is
selected in the SET POINT parameter. It
is used to enter two parameters com-
monly used in filling/emptying processes
to control external devices; DRIBBLE and
PREACT. These parameters work in con-
junction with the built-in digital outputs
provided on the I150 for controlling exter-
nal devices.
Dribble and preact are described in “Fill-
ing and Emptying Processes” in the OP-
ERATION section. If you are not sure of
what values to enter for these param-
eters, use the following as a guide:
1. Enter a value equal to 10% of the
target weight for DRIBBLE.
2. Enter 0 (zero) for PREACT.
3. Read “Filling and Emptying Proc-
esses” to understand how these para-
meters are used. The parameter val-
ues can then be changed as needed
to provide optimum Dribble and
Preact settings.
