The following table describes the dhcp-vlan commands.
14.2 Command Examples
This example:
• Enables DHCP snooping Switch.
• Sets up an external DHCP snooping database on a network server with IP address
172.16.37.17.
dhcp snooping vlan <vlan-list> Specifies the VLAN IDs for VLANs you want to enable DHCP
snooping on.

list> Specifies the VLAN IDs for VLANs you want to disable DHCP
snooping on.

dhcp snooping vlan <vlan-list>
information Sets the Switch to add the system name to DHCP requests
that it broadcasts to the DHCP VLAN, if specified, or VLAN.

list> information Sets the Switch to not add the system name to DHCP
requests that it broadcasts to the DHCP VLAN, if specified, or
VLAN.

VLAN, if specified, or VLAN.

are connected to DHCP servers or other switches, and the
Switch discards DHCP packets from trusted ports only if the
rate at which DHCP packets arrive is too high.

<pps> Sets the maximum rate in packets per second (pps) that
DHCP packets are allowed to arrive at a trusted DHCP
snooping port.

snooping.
