(2) Single drive for high-frequency oscillator
(Purpose)
Not need twin-drive and protect mistake operation by inputted noise to X2 pin
when the external oscillator is used.

(Setting method)
The oscillator is disabled and starts operation as buffer by writing “1” to
EMCCR0 register. X2 pin is always outputted “1”.
By reset, is initialized to “0”.
