Performing
You can connect an expression pedal (sold separately) and use it to adjust the volume.
By varying the volume, you can add dynamic variety to your performance.
Depressing the pedal increases the volume, while releasing it decreases the volume.

1. Connect your expression pedal to the EXPRESSION jack located on the
rear of the VIMA’s bottom panel.
You must use the specified expression pedal (EV-7; sold separately). Connecting a
pedal made by another manufacturer may cause the VIMA to malfunction.
2. Operate the expression pedal while you play the keyboard.
The volume of your keyboard playing will change, allowing you to add expressive dynamic
changes to your performance.
If you operate the expression pedal while a song is playing, the song’s volume will change.
If you operate the expression pedal while playing the keyboard along with a song, the volume of
both the song and your keyboard performance will change.
