When you press a video function select button to switch the image that’s displayed, the
currently displayed image will fade to black, and the image to be displayed next will
appear gradually. You can adjust the time over which this transition occurs.

1. Turn the [TRANSITION] knob.
Turning the [TRANSITION] knob toward the left (toward “SLOW”) will lengthen the transition time.
Turning the [TRANSITION] knob toward the right (toward “FAST”) will shorten the transition time.
You can’t use the [TRANSITION] knob to adjust the time interval at which images in the
slide show will change. If you want to change the time interval of the slide show, refer
to “Selecting the Interval at which Images will Change (Interval)” (p. 124).
