To delete reorder quantity information for the selected site, select the
Reorder Quantity check box in the Inventory section of the form. All
reorder quantity information (found in the Reorder Quantity tab of the
Item Data form) including item minimum quantity, maximum quantity, and
reorder quantity associated with the selected Site will be purged from the
application.
Primary
Location When you elect to purge primary location data, all information associated
with an item’s primary location in the selected Site will be purged.
To delete primary location information for the selected site, select the Pri-
mary Location check box in the Inventory section of the form. All pri-
mary location information for the selected site (found in the Primary
Location tab of the Item Data form) including location, threshold quantity,
and replenishment quantity, associated with the selected Site will be
purged from the application.
Inventory by
Location When you elect to purge inventory by location data, zero location data is
also purged.
To purge inventory by location and zero locations information for the
selected site, select the Inventory by Locations check box in the Inven-
tory section of the Purge form: the Zero Locations check box is automati-
cally selected. All inventory data for this site (found in the Inventory Data
form) will be purged, including the Item #, Location, UOM, Serial #, On
Hand Quantity, and Inventoried Quantity.
Zero
Locations When you elect to purge Zero Locations, locations with zero inventory will
be purged for the specified site.
To purge locations with Zero Inventory only, mark the Zero Locations
check box. All locations with zero inventory will be purged from this Site.
Note: If you have enabled the Auto Delete Locations With 0 Inventory
setting found in the System Options form/Options tab, locations with zero
inventory will be automatically deleted (or purged) from the application.
