10. Click OK to close the databackup Properties window. Your
databackup folder now has the necessary permissions to create a
backup database when you run the backup.bat batch utility.
Front-End File Backup
The IntelliTrack WMS front-end data files are stored in the IntelliTrack
WMS root folder (\Program Files\Intelli-
Track\WMS\WMS.ACCDB). Backup of the WMS front-end is normally
not needed since only temporary data is stored there. However, to backup
the front-end, copy the WMS.ACCDB file to another directory.
Compacting the Workstation
Running the Compact WMS Workstation Utility reconditions the Intelli-
Track WMS database, thus improving system performance. By default,
this utility is run each time you close the application. If you want to run the
utility manually, select from the WMS Program Group menu: Start > All
Programs > IntelliTrack > WMS > Compact Workstation. The WMS
workstation application must be closed on the PC in order to run this util-
ity.
