Reading about changes in the service
The Change History tab provides a frequently updated list of the changes made to the
service. A green indicator appears on the Change History tab to signal you when a new
change has been added to the list.
The tab is divided into three panes. The left pane contains a list of the released versions of
GV STRATUS Playout as well as a “Pending” version containing a list of the changes due to
be released in the next version. When you click a version, the middle pane displays the
individual changes made in that version. The list shows the types and a summaries of the
changes that were made with the most recent changes at the top. If you want to read more
details about the change, you can click on a specific change and the full report will appear
in the right pane.
To read a release note:
1 In the top menu, click Home.
2 Click the Change History tab.
3 In the left pane, click the version number of the release you want to view.
4 In the middle pane, click the change that you want to read about.
The right pane displays the details about the change that you selected.
Printing the Release Notes
The Release Notes document is a compilation of all the changes made in a particular
version of the service. You can produce
To print the release notes:
1 In the top menu, click Home.
2 Click the Change History tab.
3 In the left pane, click the version number of the release you want to print.
4 Click Print Release Note.
Downloading the latest SSP-3801 software updates
You can download the installer for the latest SSP-3801 software update. Once the installer is
downloaded you can schedule an update for the SSP-3801 cards associated to the devices
in your service.
To download the latest software update:
1 In the top menu, click Settings.
2 Click the System Administration tab.
3 Click SSP 1.2.
Viewing technical logs for the service (System Logs)
The System Logs tab, available on the Logging page, allows you to display the information,
error, and warning messages logged by the GV STRATUS Playout service on the account on
a specified date over a selected one hour time range. The System Logs pane contains a
