Inserting a clip in the schedule
You can quickly add a clip to the end of the schedule or within the schedule using the Insert
field at the top of the schedule grid. When you begin typing in the Insert field, clips with file
names beginning with those characters appear so the desired clip can be quickly selected
and added to the schedule.
To add a clip to the schedule:
1 In the top menu, click Schedule Edit.
2 In the left pane, click the schedule you want to edit.
3 You can append the clip to the end of the schedule or insert the clip inside the
schedule. Choose one of the following:
• If you want to append the clip to the end, click in the Insert field, type the first
characters of the file name, and then click the desired clip.
• If you want to insert a clip inside the schedule, first click the event in the schedule
grid that you want the new clip to follow, click in the Insert field, type the first
characters of the file name, and then click the desired clip. The clip will be
appended after the selected event.
